Telephone merupakan hal umum yang telah menjadi bagian dari kehidupan kita sehari-hari. Hampir semua orang yang mempunyai telephone dan tahu bagaimana menggunakannya. Materi kali ini tidak akan membahas bagaimana menggunakan telephone atau cara berbicara lewat telephone secara umum.

Kita akan membahasnya lebih spesifik yaotu tentang bagaimana berbicara lewat telephone dalam situasi tertentu.

How to use telephone

It is easy to misunderstood on the phone. This misunderstanding usually happens because most of us don’t know how to telephone correctly, to avoid misunderstanding, we should recognize some guidance of using telephone.

And here are some suggestions when you speak on the phone.

Guidance of Using Telephone

· State your name and position in the company slowly and clear

· Make sure you are talking to the right person

· Say right away what you are calling about. Don’t let the other person guess or work it out

· Speak breafly

· If is it bad line, say that you will call back once

· Speak slowly and clearly but in friendly voice

· Smile while you are speaking

· If possible , don’t phone during other person’s lunch hour or just before he is about to stop to work for the day
